I was chatting with a girlfriend last night about my home fitness regimen (yes, at home and abroad) and sending her a handful of links. I’ve done a lot of sports from martial arts to tennis to Ironman triathlons, skydiving and rock climbing. My current sports vary based on where I am in the world but you can usually find me running, hiking, cycling and always lifting.

I’m waiting for the okay to share my favorite fitness app (maybe we’ll get a coupon code!) so hang tight! Below you will find my favorite home fitness recommendations! Double check on each link because some of these have both coupons and discount codes!

Let me know if you’ve got anything you can’t live without, anything you’d like to see and have fun!

My Favorites (click the items to shop!)

  1. Long Bands - I love these for rows, bicep curls and more. I always take at least one of these traveling!

  2. Booty Shorts - I love the wide waistband that doesn’t ride up or slip down, the cinched sides and the cute ties! A 3-pack? Even better!

  3. Cork Yoga Blocks - Yes, I use these for yoga but I also use them as a step for foot elevated lunges!

  4. Adjustable Dumbbells - These are AMAZING. I’ve had a few sets since the dawn of P90X (and that goes way back!), this pair is light, compact and ranges from 4.5 lbs - 22.5 lbs and takes minimal space!

  5. Orgain Organic Protein Powder in Chocolate (and it’s vegan)! - Whey protein powders can wreak havoc on my stomach so this plant-friendly alternative is easy on my body and tastes amazing.

  6. Wide Bands - For the dreaded leg lifts and crab walks, these are your go-to!

  7. Sports Bra - I have spent anywhere from $15-$65 on sports bras and this one is perfectly good enough. If you’re like me and don’t want to shell out $$$ for something that gets dirty - this one holds you in place and looks cute!

  8. Blender Bottle - Such a classic item for a reason - it works! Water, protein powder, done. When I travel, I can stuff the protein powder (in a bag) or the bands inside and use the empty space!

Let me know in the comments what works for you!!!
