Cookies are such an easy and quick way to bake up a sweet to have on hand! These double chocolate chip cookies come together fast and need no to little chill time. I highly recommend using portioning or cookie scoops to evenly portion cookies (and honestly almost everything else in the kitchen)!
These would be great with walnuts or added finishing salt. Try it out and let me know what you think!
