This spicy salmon poke bowl is on a weekly rotation at our house! It’s healthy, satisfying and by making it at home I can make it way healthier than store-bought! Add in whatever vegetables you like and top as you please! I cook our salmon as we’re not near any great raw sources at the moment and it’s absolutely delicious! I’ve also got a great substitute for mayo that’s healthy!
